Comfortably release yourself from your kayak
while in the water, start some basic strokes and above all, have fun!
Next, put together the pieces of a roll and work on stroke techniques, all while maintaining a fun and supportive environment.

Learning to roll is not linear... we have a great roll attempt and then forget what worked... we get frustrated and digress... we relax and the kayak rolls naturally. We all need a little help from our friends!
