Students to Friends, How the Rivers Bond Us
Paddling today with Craig, a student who is now a close friend, I reflect on why this river life is so amazing. Many of my closest friends I have met over the years through kayaking events and instruction. It creates a bond and brings out the best in people.
Today I am feeling pretty lucky that my job is not just a job but a community builder and a passion and connects me with the community in such a unique way.
